5. Secure Your Mortgage
  • Once you have an accepted offer we'll connect again to finalize your mortgage application and your final mortgage choice.
  • Finalize your mortgage approval with your broker.
  • Lock in your interest rate and sign the paperwork.
6. Home Inspection & Appraisal

  • Confirm the home's value aligns with your purchase price.
7. Legal & Closing Process
  • Work with a lawyer to complete legal paperwork.
